#17 Hysteria

This was an overworked piece, drip style painting which just wasn't working out, then I got an idea to "crop" the colourful painting with dreary whites and blacks, bringing out contrast.

SOLD

#16 Cascade of Dreams

Still using the Liquitex Pouring Medium with Golden Fluid Acrylics, finally a "pour" painting that I think worked!

SOLD

#15 Sentimental Vision

Like the previous painting this began life as a "pour" painting and was finished using the same techniques as the previous painting.

SOLD

#14 Movement of Dreams

I purchased some Liquitex Pouring Medium, and mixed it with Golden Fluid Acrylics, I was attempting a pour painting but it didnt work out, so I splattered the dried painting with the previously mixed paint with my paintbrush. I think this was a milestone painting for me, I definitely felt progress with this one and the feedback showed that too

SOLD

#13 Metamorphosis

I tried a lot of scraping techniques with this one which I think worked effectively, and another quick painting.

SOLD

#12 Staring Into Space

I followed a step by step demonstration from a book for this one. Not one of my favourites if I'm honest but my wife likes it a lot!!!

NOT FOR SALE

#11 At My Window

This began life as a square tile mosaic style painting but as with a lot of my paintings so far it quickly changed direction!

SOLD

#10 Dark Ochre

I covered this with a thick base of yellow ochre to begin with, and whilst it was still wet I began to add more layers of paint, and scraping some off as I went on. I felt it was lacking something when it was finished so I experimented and added the black around the border.

SOLD

#9 Leap Of Faith

This was a quick, spontaneous painting which all seemed to come together very quickly, doesn't happen very often though!
